SKINDINAVIA MAKEUP FINISHING SPRAY REVIEW
I've used this everyday for a month now.
I was having an issue with my drugstore makeup slipping off, patching, and just a oily look in general.
I live in Arizona our weather is mostly hot, but can change dramatically!
I will say I like this and will continue to buy this.
SMELL: OK, very light smell and once it is sprayed you don't smell it when it sets.
TEXTURE: Feels like water, but somehow i feel like it has a slight sticky or tacky texture before it drys.
HOLD: This holds all day, to keep my face looking just like it did when it was a applied, I like a matte look but this spray will keep it matte until mid day and I'll get a nice dewy look, which I am fine with because it looks natural, not greasy or oily.
HOWEVER, my only pet-peeve with this product, which isn't a make or break for me, is that when you touch your face or try to wipe say a mark off it removes that makeup off or makes that area patchy. This isn't a makeup or break for me because I know not to touch my face and if I have to touch my face to do it very lightly, DO NOT RUB!!! As long as I don't touch my face my makeup lasts all freaken day and makes my drugstore foundation look beautiful.
On the NEGATIVE NOTE>>
Shipping is extremely confusing. What I thought I read when I purchased this product was that it would ship in a 1-2 days and I would get the product in a week. I also thought I would get a tracking number for this product. I never did. It took about 2 in a half weeks to get this product and they don't do tracking numbers that actually show exactly what city or state the package is. So your left guessing. Still worth the hassle.
How to use:
I sometimes spray this on top of my foam blender to pat in my foundation and concealer, I find it make my skin look flawless and keeps that cakey look from appearing.
I don't always do that though.
Once I finish my makeup completely,
I spray the product in a "X" formation from my left corner of the top my face to the right of my chin and then from the right corner of the top of my face to the bottom left chin. Then in a "t" formation from middle top of my face to the chin and then from left to right cheek.
Say you forgot highlighter or eyeliner you can still apply over the spray and it holds still, it also doesn't unblend anything if you use brushes.
This is a beautiful spray to hold your makeup and i recommend this product
